Questions About the Price Tag
What's the catch? +
There isn't one. StoreSuite is GPL software published on WordPress.org as a contribution to the WordPress community. Everything described on this page is in the free plugin today - no licence key, no trial timer, and no account to create.
Could there ever be a paid add-on? +
Possibly, one day. We'd rather say that plainly than promise otherwise. What we can commit to is the licence: the plugin is GPL, so the version you install can never be taken away, switched off, or retroactively put behind a paywall. Anything paid would have to be a separate add-on alongside it.
How many sites can I use it on? +
As many as you like. There is no licence key, no domain limit, and no activation server, so agencies can ship it to every client site without counting seats.
Does the AI cost extra? +
Not to us. StoreSuite uses the WordPress core AI connector, so you bring your own provider and keys and pay that provider directly for what you use. We never sit between you and them, and we take no cut.
What do I get if I pay nothing - limited support? +
Support runs through the WordPress.org support forum on a best-effort basis, the same channel every plugin in the directory uses. There is no paid queue that jumps ahead of you, because there is no paid tier.
How do you fund the work? +
StoreSuite is built and maintained by PluginizeLab as an open-source contribution, and the plugin itself is not monetized - which is exactly why nothing inside it is gated.
